WHEN WILL MY ART ARRIVE?
You can estimate 5-10 working days for you KAMI poster to arrive from date of purchase.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

we will refund the value of your order within 14 working days. You will recive a notificatian from KAMI when the order has arrived.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS /PARCELS
If your KAMI poster was damaged upon arrival, send an email to email@example.com and we`ll start the process of replacing the damaged goods.
We appreciate pictures of the damage product/packaging.
We accept all major international credit cards.
We do not offer invoice payment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are unable to process cancellations after you have recived shipping confirmation.
We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items.
You will need to place an additional order or cancel your existing order and then place a new one.
KAMI uses 200g uncoated premium matte paper for all posters. The paper is environmentally certified (The Swan eco-label).
The printing tequniques and ink are all selected to make a hight quality, durable posters as environmentally friendly as possible.
KAMI department is committed to processing your personal information with care and we collect and store only the personal information necessary to fulfill our obligations under the agreement with you.
In order to send you the KAMI posters we rely on your name and address. In order to effectively contact you regarding the order, we need your phone number and your e-mail address.
In accordance with International law, we are required to keep accounting information, including issued order confirmations, invoices and credit notes. We also need this information for a possible complaint.
All personal information you have provided is treated confidentially and will not in any event be disclosed to third parties.
When paying by card, the transaction will be handled by our payment partner for safe and prompt processing. Debit and credit card information is never saved by KAMI.
